RECIPE FOR HOMEMADE LEMONADE

Lemonade, the magic word we can't imagine summer without. If you're craving something sweet, refreshing and healthy at the same time, fruit lemonades are the right choice. On sunny days, they'll give you the energy you've been missing and refresh your body at the same time. They taste great and look great too, as they are based on fruit, full of vitamins.

The vitamins in fruits, minerals, antioxidants and other important substances are essential for the human body. Therefore, their consumption should have an irreplaceable place in our diet.

According to experts, the best of fruits can be obtained by juicing or by leaving whole pieces of the fruit in the drink. In its liquid state, it is possible to get the maximum amount of nutrients from fruit that cannot be eaten in one day. Fresh juices contain enzymes that aid digestion, but some fruits lose their vitamins by juicing, so it is a good idea to leave them unjuiced, as a decoration or as a treat in a drink.

The advantage of lemonade is that you can make it from practically anything. It just depends on your taste and the ingredients you have available. One of the most popular is just strawberry lemonade. Strawberries contain large amounts of water, vitamins A,B,C and E, potassium, magnesium and zinc. They are dietary and contain important organic acids. They are also a source of fiber and support metabolism or regulate blood pressure. Also in this lemonade, the basic ingredient is lemon, whose health benefits are widely known. There are between 30 and 50 milligrams of vitamin C in 100 grams of lemon. This vitamin cannot be produced by the body on its own, so a certain daily dose is required, which the lemon sufficiently meets. With lemon juice, you will strengthen immunity and slow down aging. Water with lemon also accelerates weight loss, thanks to the pectin fiber content. One lemon contains almost 1 gram of protein and 2.4 grams of fiber. Vitamins C, B, A, E and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, zinc and calcium can be found in it.
