Sauna bathing is one way to quickly improve and enhance your mental health, especially to improve your health. It contributes to inner well-being and purifies the organization.
In our wellness centre you will find 3 types of saunas:
- dry sauna
- steam sauna
- Indian / Ayurvedic swedanam - full-body herbal sauna in a steam chamber (with almost Ayurvedic medicine)
After the treatments or exercises you can enjoy a relaxing break in the relaxation room with a cup of herbal tea.
We recommend booking access to the sauna world and checking availability before you arrive for your stay, or at least a day in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
