"After the summer, companies come back together and start organising internal meetings, conferences, training sessions and team-building activities again. From an events perspective, autumn is therefore a very busy period for us," says Martina Kurpášová, Event Manager.
Martina guides clients through the entire process - from the initial contact and first event concept to the actual execution.
"Every client comes with a different idea. Some need a large congress hall, while others are looking for a more intimate meeting space. My role is to connect all the requirements and make sure everything works together - the spaces, technical equipment, refreshments, gastronomy and the schedule."
A venue for small and large corporate events
We offer flexible conference facilities that can be adapted to different types of events.
The main Grand Residence congress hall has a capacity of up to 250 guests and can be divided into smaller rooms, Residence I and Residence II. For smaller business meetings or private discussions, there is also the PANORAMA lounge on the top floor of the hotel, with a capacity of up to 30 people and views of the surrounding mountains.
Additional spaces can also be arranged according to the client's requirements, bringing the hotel's total conference capacity to up to 350 guests.
"Flexibility is one of our biggest advantages. We can prepare a space for a smaller management meeting as well as for a larger corporate event. At the same time, we aim to make sure that the client does not have to coordinate every individual part of the event themselves," adds Martina.
A corporate event doesn't have to end with the final presentation
A successful corporate event does not end with the last item on the programme. After a conference, there can be a shared dinner, team-building activity, wellness experience or informal gathering.
And it is often the time outside the official programme that participants remember the most.
"Once the business part is over, people finally have the opportunity to spend time together in a different way. They no longer have to think about presentations or schedules. They can sit down for dinner, talk and enjoy the evening together. I believe this is an important part of every corporate event," says Martina Kurpášová.
A tasting dinner as an experience for the whole team
