A tasting dinner at our hotel is not just a classic gastronomic experience - it is a carefully prepared journey full of surprises, emotions, and new flavor combinations. We want our guests to enjoy an evening that arouses curiosity, lights up their eyes and leaves them with a feeling of uniqueness. That's why we approach tasting in the same way that children approach opening a Kinder egg - you never know exactly what's inside, but you can always look forward to something unique.

Our tasting menu is based on playfulness, creativity, and, above all, the quality of seasonal ingredients. Each course is designed to follow on from the previous one and create a natural harmony of flavors. The menu changes regularly according to the season and the availability of ingredients, so you will never experience the same thing twice.
We select our ingredients with the utmost respect. Our goal is to present them in a way that brings out their natural flavor, while at the same time offering our guests something unexpected and original. With every tasting, we strive to evoke emotions that will remain in your memory long after you leave the table.
Chef Andrej Róth - the author of every flavor story
Behind every course, every surprise, and every idea on our "surprise menu" is our head chef Andrej Róth.
Andrej is one of those chefs who see gastronomy as a form of art. His cuisine is thoughtful, elegant, and always based on honest work with ingredients. Years of experience in renowned restaurants, a passion for modern techniques, and the ability to combine traditional flavors with a new perspective allow him to create dishes that are not only delicious but also visually appealing.
Andrej draws inspiration for his menus from nature, seasonality, and his own culinary curiosity. He perceives each dish as a little story-with an introduction, a plot, and a climax. His approach is full of humility and respect for the ingredients, which he prepares with an emphasis on detail. Guests often describe his dishes as harmonious, surprising, and exceptionally balanced.
What characterizes him most is his personal approach: he always composes the menu for a specific evening and specific guests. That is why each of our tastings is unique.
Sommelier Štefan Serafin - the perfect guide to the world of wine
To make your experience complete, our sommelier Štefan Serafin takes care of the wine pairing. His sense of taste, experience, and enthusiasm for the world of wine make the tasting a harmonious whole. We also offer non-alcoholic pairings for guests who prefer an alcohol-free alternative - but still with an emphasis on taste, aroma, and composition.

3 courses - €55 per person
wine pairing €25 | non-alcoholic pairing €18
5 courses - €79 per person
wine pairing €37 | non-alcoholic pairing €25
7 courses - €99 / person
wine pairing €49 | non-alcoholic pairing €35
Each option is designed so that guests can gradually discover new layers of flavors without the evening becoming too heavy or lengthy.
Individual approach for your comfort
We understand that every guest has their own tastes and limitations. That is why we are happy to accommodate allergies, intolerances, or personal preferences. Just let us know in advance and we will adjust the menu so that you can enjoy your evening to the fullest.
Reservations
We prepare tasting menus exclusively to order 48 hours in advance to ensure maximum freshness and perfect preparation of each course.
If you would like to be informed in advance about what we have prepared for you, we will be happy to tell you by phone or email. But if you love surprises, we recommend letting yourself be carried away - that's what tasting is all about.
